Ingredients
1 Cup dry Quinoa 1 Cup sweet corn1 Cup Black beans1/2 Cup Salsa1 Tbsp raw chopped cilantro1 Tsp Garlic powder
Directions
Cook Quinoa, when done add in beans, corn, salsa, and seasonings. Mix well and serve warm. Excellent chilled as leftovers.
