Cucumber Tomato salad

2 Cucumbers (with peel), 2 medium wholeRed Ripe Tomatoes, 4 tbsp chopped Fresh Chives, Salt, 1 tsp (to taste)Pepper, black, .5 tsp, to taste3 tbsp fresh basil, 3 tbsp chopped finely1 tbsp fresh parsley 1 tbsp chopped finely
Directions
chop all ingredients and toss in a bowl. Let sit for 15 minutes for flavors to mingle
