Ingredients
4 cups raspberries ( or blueberries)1.5 cups sugar10 mL ( 2 tsp) lemon juice1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
blend frozen berries and push through fine mesh sieve. add sugar vanilla and lemon juice to the berry puree. boil 1 minute. remove from heat let coo and chill.
