Ingredients:Great Value Mozzerella Cheese (sliced/part skim), 8 serving 2 Boboli 12" 100% Whole Wheat Thin Pizza Crust Tomato Sauce, 1 cup Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 tomato Spinach, fresh, 1 cup Garlic, 3 clove Onions, raw, 1 slice, medium (1/8" thick)great value shredded mozzerella cheese, 1 cup Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil into a pan over medium heat and cook until slightly brown. Add the thinly diced tomato, can of tomato sauce and thinly sliced onion. You can add a bit of water to thin the sauce out, if you would like. Bring down to a simmer and let cook for at least ten minutes. Brush the remaining olive oil onto the pizza crust. Turn the heat off of the sauce and lather sauce onto each pie crust. Sprinkle on cheese and top each pie with as much spinach as you can. Place pizzas in the oven and let bake for about 20 minutes. Check every few minutes until it is cooked to your preferred doneness. ENJOY!
