Ingredients
Fresh Chives, 1 tbsp choppedParsley, dried, 1 tbspEgg white, 1 serving*oatbran, 2 oz*Tilapia filet, 8 ozIf you have chopped seasoning that adds a little more flavor and tony chacharies is the best seasoning in the world.
Directions
Cook tilapia first. Then mix every thing (inclusing cooked tilapia) in a bowl.Break it up till it is the consistency of stuffing. Dry fry it in a frying pan. season to taste
