Ingredients
1 C Chickpeas1/2 C Diced Potato1/4 C Diced Tomato1/4 C Diced Bell Pepper1/4 C Diced OnionSauce:3 oz. Non-Fat Greek Yogurt1 T Olive Oil4 T Cilantro1 T Paprika1 T Tamarind Sauce
Directions
Diced the vegetables and mix. Combine all sauce ingredients and add to veggie mix. Chill for half hour. Serve cold.
