Oatmeal Raisin Lara Bar Inspired Recipe

1/2 C. Applesauce, Unsweetened1/3 c Oats1/3 c. Raisins1/4 c. dates2 oz Soy Protein Isolate1 tsp vanilla (more or less to taste)1/2 tsp Cinnamon1/4 tsp Nutmeg
Preheat oven to 350F.
Place all ingredients in food processor. Process until reached smooth consistency. Spread mixture onto the edge of a cookie sheet until it is about 1/4 inch in depth. Bear in mind if you use the standard size cookie sheet mixture will not cover entire pan. Bake for about 6 minutes. Allow to cool and then cut into 6 bars.
