Thai green curry chicken

Ingredients
* Thai Kitchen lite coconut milk, 14 oz * Thai Kitchen green Curry Paste, 1 tbsp * Thai Kitchen less sodium Premium Fish Sauce, 2 tbsp * Brown Sugar, .25 cup, packed * Peas, frozen, 0.5 cup * *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" * Chicken Breast, no skin, 20 ounces 2 chopped scallions, green parts too
Directions
cube chicken, brown is skillet with 1 to 2 tbs. water. Drain and set aside. simmer coconut milk and curry paste (adjust curry paste to suit your spice level). Add all remaining ingredients, stir occasionally and simmer for about 5 minutes. Don't let veggies get too soft.
Serve over rice
