Ingredients
Butter, 1TbspOnion, 1c choppedSweet red pepper, 1/2c choppedCarrots, 2c thinly cutCelery, 1c thinly cutCabbage, 3c thinly cutSmall zucchini,thinly cutFrozen green beans, 3cV8 juice, 33.5 fl ozChicken broth, 32 fl ozWorcestershire Sauce, 2Tbsp2 Bay leavesDry BasilGarlic powder Salt and pepper
Directions
Over medium heat, in a large pan with a lid, saute the onion, red pepper,herbs and spices in the butter for about 5 minutes. Then add the rest of the ingredients to pan, mixing well. Continue to cook for about 90 min or until vegetables are tender.
