Hamburger Zuchinni Alfredo

Ingredients
Lean Ground Beef2-3 Shredded Zuchinni1 Package Sliced Portabellos3 Scallions1 Can Green Chilies3 Laughing Cow Cheese Wedges
Directions
In large pan, saute mushroom in a little bit of olive oil, Meanwhile, shred zuchinni and chop onions. Add to pan once mushrooms are almost done. Saute until done but not mushy. Remove from skillet and put aside. In same skillet, brown hamburger. Season with salt, pepper, and adobe seasoning. Add can of green chilies. When hamburger is done, add cheese and stir until melted. Add vegetables back to pan and stir until hot.
