Butter, salted, 0.5 cup (remove)Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)Banana, fresh, 1.5 cup, mashed (remove)*Flour, white, 1.75 cup (remove)Baking Soda, 1 tsp (remove)Baking Powder, 0.5 tsp (remove)Salt, 0.5 tsp (remove)Wheat bran, crude, 0.5 cup (remove)
Cream butter
Beat in eggs
Add mashed Banana blend by hand
Combine Dry ingredients in separate bowl
Add to banana mixture, stirring only to moisten
Transfer to greased 9x5x3inch 923x12x7cm) loaf pan
Bake 1 hour at 350F test with toothpick
Stand 10 min then place on rack to cool.
Serving Size: 1 slice of 18
