Fresh Tuna Salad

Ingredients
* Wild caught skinless Albacore Tuna Steaks, 13 oz * hellmann's reduced fat mayo, 4 tbsp * Capers, canned, 1 tbsp, drained * Dill weed, dried, 1 tbsp * Red Onions, raw, .3 cup, chopped * *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 1 tsp * Lemon juice, .33 tbsp 1 tsp. olive oil
Directions
Heat oil in skillet. Salt and Pepper fish. Cook fish on high, 3 minutes per side. Drizzle lemon juice over fish. Set fish aside and let it cool.
Combine remaining ingredients in bowl. With 2 forks, flake fish and add to mixed ingredients. Refridgerate for a couple hours to let the flavors come out.

    This was very good served on a bed of spinach with sliced tomatoes on the side. - 9/22/11
