    A really tasty combination. Next time I make it, I'll reduce the honey & apricots, though--I love them, but I thought the sweetness was a little overpowering. BTW, we are eating this as a main dish, but the portions are small if it's 8 servings. You must have intended it as a side dish. - 7/16/13
