Healthy Rendition of Caesar Salad (with Shrimp)

Ingredients
1 tablespoon of dijon mustard1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice1 teaspoon of orange juice concentrate1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce1/2 teaspoon minced garlic3 tablespoons olive oil1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese1/2 pound large, raw shrimp, pealed4 cups of romaine lettucecroutons
Directions
Preheat grill or boiler. Combine mustard, citrus juices, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and dash of salt in a bowl. Gradually add olive oil with whisk, then stir in cheese.

Brush shrimp with oil and season with salt and pepper to taste, then grill or broil until firm and bright orange (about 2 minutes). Toss everything together in a large bowl, divide, and enjoy!
