Ingredients
4 English muffins, split2 tablespoon margarine (light/low fat), softened1/2 teaspoon Mrs. Dash garlic & herb seasoning blend1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (low-fat/2%)
Directions
Preheat broiler.

[1] Place muffin halves on a baking sheet. Spread with margarine, then sprinkle with garlic & herb seasoning and cheese. Broil for 3-5 minutes or until golden. Serving size 1 muffin half.
