All Vegatable Soup

Ingredients
4 medium carrots8 white mushrooms5 cloves of garlic1/2 medium head red cabbage1/2 medium head green cabbage2 large sweet peppers6 medium onions4 chicken bouillon cubes1 gallon of water1 bunch of celery
Directions
Makes aprox 15 - 2 cups servings
Chop all vegetables, in food procesor if desired. Place water and bouillon in large dutch oven and add vegetables. Let it simmer for about 2 hrs over medium low heat. Enjoy!!!
