Vegan Veggie Patties

7 oz chic peas- drained7 oz Cannelloni beans- drained1/4 box frozen broccoli1 carrot shredded1 zucchini shredded1/4 onion shredded1-2 cloves or garlic shredded.5-1 Cup of Bread crumbs (depending on the wetness of the mixture)Salt to tastePepper to taste
combine beans and frozen broccoli in a food processor until smooth. mix with shredded veggies add salt, pepper. Start with 1/2 cup of bread crumbs and add as needed. The mixture should hold together nicely
Use 1/3 cup as a serving size to make patties. wrap in plastic wrap for aleast 30 min (i like to leave them overnight). Throw on the grill, in the oven or in a pan to heat and serve as you would any other veggie or regular burger about 20 min.
Serving Size: 1/3 Cup into a pattie
