Quinoa Tuna Salad

Ingredients
2 cups quinoa5 cans tuna, in water, drained2 stalks celery, chopped2 carrots, chopped1 green bell pepper, chopped1 red bell pepper, chopped3 roma tomatoes, chopped1c chopped scallions1/2 cup red wine vinegarette
Directions
Cook quinoa as directed and let cool. Then mix with other ingredients.
