Chicken and Couscous

1 pkg Near East Roasted Garlic and Olive oil couscous12 ounces Chicken breastHalf a cup lean diced ham120 grams Carrots cut in rounds (an amount you like)160 grams Broccoli cut in pieces (an amount you lie)2 garlic cloves minced1 Tablespoon Smart Balance light butter1 Cup Low sodium chicken broth1-1.5 Tablespoons Flour.5 cup white wine.3 cup half and half
Add butter to Med-high pan and brown chicken breasts on each side. About 4 minutes each. Remove Chicken and keep warm. Add garlic, carrots, ham, and broccoli to pan and saute for 3-5 minutes. Whisk flour and a small amount of broth together in a bowl. Add broth, broth and flour mixture, white wine, and chicken. Bring to a boil, cover, and reduce heat. Cook for about 7 minutes. Meanwhile cook couscous according to directions. Remove lid and add half and half. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 7 minutes. Put couscous on plate and spoon sauce and chicken over. Makes 3-4 servings.
