Ingredients
2 large chicken breasts, roasted, diced1 onion, diced1 can green chili enchilada sauce1 quart chicken broth4 potatoes, dicedSea SaltGarlicCorianderPepperWater
Directions
Combine all ingredients but water (add seasons to taste). Add enough water to cover all ingredients and provide enough broth. Bring to boil and let simmer 1 hour.
