Holy Healthy Jalapeno Cornbread

Ingredients
1.5 cups yellow cornmeal.5 cup whole wheat flour2 tsp baking powder1 tsp salt1 tbsp wheat gluten6 tbsp splenda2 large eggs milk3 jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped1 cup milk1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Combine eggs, milk, and applesauce in another bowl. Fold into dry ingredients and add jalapenos. Stir until just combined. Pour into greased 9 inch baking square. Bake in 400 oven for 20 minutes.
