AsparagusOlive OilSalt Free or Reduced Sodium Chicken Seasonings
Chop raw asparagus into bite size portions. Drizzle olive oil to coat lightly. Sprinkle Low Sodium or Salt free Chicken Seasoning all over asparagus. I like to do this in a zip-loc bag and then shake to mix the ingredients. Lay out on a baking sheet with a lip and bake for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees or until they are soft. Serve immediately.
