Sharon's Quiche

1 Marie Calendar Pie Crust2 tbs. melted reduced calorie butter (I used brommel and brown)4 eggs1 cup skim milk1/2 shredded reduced fat cheese (I used Sargento's Cheddar Jack Reduced Fat)1/2-1 cup of your choice: crumbled bacon, sausage, ham, mushrooms, onion or whatever you like (keep the calorie count low and use veggies!!)
Preheat oven to 425
Mix all the ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell.
Check at 30 minutes to see if the eggs have set (I needed another 12 minutes on mine)
Let stand 5 min. before cutting.
Serving Size: a serving is 1/8 of the pie
