Chicken Broccoli Potato Soup

Ingredients
*Potato, raw, 2 cup diced Broccoli, fresh, 4 cup, chopped Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped Chicken Broth, 2 can (10.75 oz) Neufchatel Cheese, 8 oz Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Milk, 1%, .5 cup *Flour, white, .06 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (12 oz) yields Chicken Breast, no skin, 11 ounces Garlic (optional)Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Add broth, potatoes, broccoli, carrots, and onion to 4 quart crockpot. May add garlic if desired. Cook on low at least 6 hours.

Grill chicken breast and chop.

Add chicken, neufchatel, canned corn, salt, and pepper.

Mix 1 tbsp flour into 1/2 cup milk and add. Cook on high for additional hour.

Serving Size: Makes 8 Servings (about 2 cups of soup per serving!)
