Curried Chicken Salad

Ingredients
Basic chicken Salad:Kosher salt and pepper1 1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts1/4 C lowfat sour cream2 Tbsp low fat mayo2 scallions,thinly slicedWhisk sour cream, mayo, lemon juice, curry powder, salt and pepper in a bowl. Fold in scallions, craisins and chicken.
Directions
Boil chicken in salted water for 10-12 mins. Cool and shred or cut into pieces. Make basic chicken recipe.
