spray pan with pam. Chop up the baked lays in a food processor. Add cayenne to crumbs and set aside. In another bowl combine 2 tablespoons of flour salt and pepper. Cut onions in rings. Place rest of flour in bag and add onions and shake. Dip onions in buttermilk and then dip in chip crumbs. Put on baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
