Garlic, .5 cupScallions, raw, .75 cup, choppedMushrooms, fresh, 4 mediumSweet peppers (bell), .75 cup, slicedFlax Seed, 2 tbspRed Ripe Tomatoes, .5 tomatoCarrots, raw, 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long)Ground Cayanne Pepper, 0.5 tspPepper, black, 1 tbspOlive Oil, 2 tbspFeta Cheese, .25 cup, crumbledLettuce, red leaf (salad), 4 cup shreddedBeans, black, 1.5 cupSingles American Yellow cheese (1 slice)Salt, 2 dashFenugreek seed ground, .33 tbsp Cilantro, dried, 2 tbspThomas’ Sahara 100% Whole Wheat Wrap, 2 servingSweet Corn, Fresh, .5 cup Butter, unsalted, 0.25 tbsp
Saute all ingredients except for Wraps, Lettuce and Cheeses
Season to taste.
Lay out wrap. Add equal amount per wrap of cheese. Add equal amounts of Saute mixtures. Wrap up and put in a 300 degree oven for 10 minutes.
Serve over a bed of lettuce with a Vinaigrette dressing.
