Stuff Chicken wrapped in Parma ham

Ingredients
2 chicken breast4-6 slices Prosciutto (or other parma ham type thing)2 tbsps low fat cream cheeseHerbs/other flavourings (I use either rosmary, black pepper, garlic)
Directions
serves 2, serve with some steamed green vegetables.

Heat oven to 200 C /gas mark 6

1) blend the cream cheese with the flavouring of your choice.
2) slice into the chiken breast to make a hole and a pocket
3) stuff with cream cheese mix
4) wrap each breast in a couple of slices of the Prosciutto, sealing the hole.
5) place on a lightly greased baking sheet and cook for 30 min.
