Panko Fish Sticks

Ingredients
1/4 C flour1/2 C panko1 to 2 eggs1 TBSP waterground pepper & salt to tasteoil to fry in
Directions
1. thaw and cut fish into strips
2. place flour in one bowl, egg(s) and water in another, and panko in a third bowl
3. dredge fish through flour, dip in egg, and cover in panko
4. fry in oil for 5-7 minutes on medium to high heat or until panko is golden brown and crispy
