Noodleless Lasagne

Ingredients
Eggplant, fresh, .1/3 of the eggplant, unpeeled but sliced 1/8 inch or thinner *Ricotta cheese, fat-free, 8 oz Swiss Chard, 2 cup, chopped and steamed Egg, fresh, 1 large Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced or chopped *Sauce, Prego Marinara Sauce, about 1 jar
Directions
cook chard til bright green.
mix ricotta and egg
add dash of nutmeg if desired
cook zucchini into marinara
add thin layer of marinara to crock bottom
add alternating layers of
*eggplant
*ricotta
*sauce
end with sauce

crock for several hours on high or longer on low.
