2 Granny Smith Apples, Diced1 1/2 cups red seedless grapes4 stalks celery, Diced1 small red onion, Diced1 1/2 lbs Cooked Chicken Breast cut in to bite size pieces1/4 cup chopped pecans1/2 cup fresh Parmesan CheeseDressing: 1 1/2 cup Mayonnaise2 Fresh Garlic Cloves2 tsp Dill Weed
Mix Together Dressing and set aside for at least 30 minutes
Prepare all other ingredients (except Parmesan) and mix together. Thoroughly mix in your dressing. Sprinkle Parmesan over the top and refrigerate until ready to serve.
