2 cups plain flour2 cups sucralose (splenda)60g (0.75 cup) cocoa powder, unsweetened low fat2 teaspoons baking soda (sodium bicarbonate)1 teaspoon salt2 large eggs1 cup oil1 cup skimmed milk plus 2 teaspoon lemon juice1 cup boiling orange juiceGrated zest of 2 oranges
Grease and flour a 9" x 13" tin. Pre-heat oven to 300F, 150C.
Mix all the dry ingredients together. Add all wet ingredients, except the water, and mix together. Add the boiling juice and mix well. Pour batter into a 9" x 13" greased and floured tin. Cook for 60 minutes and test with a skewer. Allow to cool. Cut into 20 pieces.
