Steak and Veg Kebabs

Ingredients
4 large green bell peppers chopped in large pieces2 regular containers whole mushrooms, stems removed2 large zuchinni, chopped in large pieces2# of Beef, cut in large cubes (could sub chicken or pork)1 bottle Lawry's marinade (I used Steakhouse)
Directions
Prep the ingredients and let marinade all day. If using wooden skewers, soak for 1 hour before cooking. Pierce through the middle of Veggies and meat, layering to your appeal, but making sure each has 2 or 3 pieces of meat and at least 1 of each veggie.

Cook kebabs on grill, turning often for aprox 8 minutes.

Makes aprox 16 kebabs
