Spicy Chicken Quesidilla

4 oz Harvestland Chicken Tenderloins1 tbsp Lawry's Caribben Jerk Marinade3/4 cup of onion and pepper mixture1/8 cup of part skim mozzarella cheese2 tbsp Pace Southwest Chipolte Salsa
Add marinade to raw chicken, allow 2-4 hours to marinate in the fridge. Pre-heat oven to 375. Cook chicken in skillet on low-med. Once chicken is almost finished add onions and peppers. On a piece of foil (big enough to wrap product in) please your vegetable wrap. Add chicken, onions and pepper on one side of wrap. Spread 2 tbsp of salsa over chicken. Sprinkle 1/8 cup of shredded cheese over chicken. Fold other half of wrap on top of ingredients. Wrap in foil and place in oven. Cook 15-20 minutes, depending on how you like it. Complete and tasty!
