Ingredients
1 tblsp veg oil1 onion, chopped2 cloves garlic, crushed1 1/2 kg chicken pieces2 1/2 cups (625ml) unsweetened soy milk2 tblsp fresh lemon juicecurry mixture1 tblsp ground coriander1 tsp ground mustard1 tsp ground cumin1 tsp ground turmeric1/2 tsp ground ginger1/2 tsp chilli powder
Directions
How to make chicken malai curry:

Add oil in frying pan. Saute onion and garlic until onion is tender.
Combine all curry mixture ingredients.
Add soy milk and lemon juice. Simmer, uncovered, for about 45 minutes or until the sauce begins to thicken and the chicken is tender.
