Gnocci-Trader Joes Style!

2 packages of frozen Gnocci Alla Sorrentina1 package of frozen peas (you'll use half)2 Tbs of water3 sausages from a package of Tofurky Italian Sausage
Cut up the tofurky and put them in a pan large enough to accomodate all of the other ingredients. Cook on med-low until light browning occurs. Toss occasionally.
Add Gnocci and water to the cooked Tofurky. Stiring it all up.
About 30 seconds later, when a bit of moisture has spread out add the peas. The only reason to wait to add the peas is because the extra moisture helps them inflate a bit.
Cook on med-high heat for about 10 min. until all is thawed, heated, and tasty!
