Chicken Satay

Ingredients
1 Tbsp lime juice1 Tbsp soy sauce1 Tbsp honeydash of salt1 tsp black pepper1 Tbsp olive oil1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs (can use any type of meat)
Directions
Clean chicken and cut into slightly larger than bite size chunks.

Whisk lime juice, soy sauce, honey, salt, pepper, and olive oil in a bowl. Add chicken. Let sit for 30 minutes or longer. (If you want more flavor, marinade in a ziploc bag in the fridge over night.)

Cook in a pan on stove top for 5 minutes or until chicken becomes opaque approximately halfway through. Then flip chicken over and continue cooking. After chicken is cooked through, let cook until sauce begins to caramelize.

Serve with rice, veggies (broccoli or snow peas), and peanut sauce.
