Creole Black Beans

Ingredients
smoked sausageblack beansonioncelerygarlicthymeoreganobeef broth cube16 oz. tomato saucewater
Directions
1. Brown or grill smoked sausage.
2. Dice onions and celery into bite-size pieces.
3. Drain black beans.
4. Mix all ingredients in slow-cooker EXCEPT gumbo file.
5. Cover and cook on Low for 6 hours or High for 4 hours.
6. The last 30 minutes, switch to low. Sprinkle file over mixture to thicken.
