Cheese Crackers (gluten free)

Ingredients
Coconut flour (1/2 cup dry - 80grams)Egg, fresh, 1 large Butter, 2 tbsp Cheddar Cheese, 1.5 cup, shredded Salt, 1 pinch - Options: Add other types of cheese or spices (garlic. italian spice etc)
Directions
Mix everything together (can either do by hand or use a processor for finer texture)
Roll between parchment papers to desired thickness

Bake at 400 13-16 minutes.
(I found if not evenly rolled, the edges got browned before the rest was cooked- so try to get as even as possible. It might help to tuen oven down half-way and leave in longer on low temp to get crispier crackers)

Serving Size: makes one cookie sheet before cutting
