Ingredients
1/2 Red Onion sliced thinBasil 1/2 a bunch, (about 25 leaves) washed and dried20 Cherry Tomatoes, cut in half1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice1/2 tbsp Olive Oil1/4 tsp Salt (or to taste)1/4 tsp black (or to taste)1/4 cup toasted unsalted Pine Nuts
Directions
In a bowl combine the first 7 ingredients.
transfer to a flat serving dish. Garnish with toasted pine nuts.
