Broccoli Cheddar Soup

Ingredients
6 Cups Broccoli1 14 oz. can of Great Northern Beans (drained and rinsed)1 14 oz. can of chicken brothhalf a yellow onion3 cloves of garlic1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp white pepper1 cup water1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
Directions
Bring chicken broth and water to a boil over high heat. Add broccoli and cook for about 8 minutes or until soft. Add in white beans, salt and pepper, onion, and garlic. Cook for about 2 minutes. Transfer to a blender or vita mix, add in cheese and blend well.

Serving Size: makes 6 cups
