Egg, fresh, 2 extra large Garlic, 1 clove Olive Oil, .5 tbsp Scallions, raw, 1 large Mushrooms, fresh, 1.1 cup, pieces or slices
Chop vegetables and scallion.
Add olive oil to pan over medium flame. Add garlic, scallion and mushrooms and sauteé until mushrooms have released their juices.
Add eggs that you beat and scramble. Cook until the eggs are cooked thoroughly.
