pasta salad with pine nuts

Ingredients
8 oz cooked spinach pasta4 oz mozzarella cheese3 Tbsp toasted pine nuts2 TBSP EVOO3 TBSP Basil (fresh is best)
Directions
Cook 8 oz pasta spinach until tender. Drain and rinse with cold water. Toast pine nuts (careful, they burn easy) Add pine nuts, cheese, olive oil and basil and enjoy! Makes 4 servings
