Quick Egg "muffins" with Feta and Scallion

Directions
Egg substitute, scallions, fat free feta cheese, Pam spray, salt and pepper as desired.
Can either mix all together in one bowl then divide among Pam-sprayed muffin tin, or divide egg among tin cups till about 2/3 full then sprinkle cheese and scallion a pinch in each cup.
Serving Size: 12 muffin size mini-omlets, I eat 2-3 for breakfast
