Vegie Rice Pasta Salas

Ingredients
5 oz rice pasta1 stalk of celery1/2 green pepper5 cherry tomatoes1/2 cup kale1 carrotslice of red onion3 tbs of olive oil2 tbs of sunflower seedsgarlic powderlemonsalt and pepper
Directions
Cook the pasta and kale together and drain. Add the veggies, olive oil, lemon, garlic, sunflower seeds, salt and pepper to taste. Cover warmed so the flavors marry and cool for at least 4 hours!
