Italian Cucumber and Tomato Salad

Ingredients
2 cucumbers peeled and sliced (4 cups)2 cups of tomatoes cut into bite sized pieces2 Tbsp fresh basil chopped3 cloves garlic finely chopped5 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil3/4 cup white balsamic vinegar1/2 Tbsp sugar (optional)sea salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients into a large bowl. Stir until well mixed. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Stir well and serve.
