Whole Wheat Baked Oven Pancake with Fruit

Ingredients
Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup Baking Powder, 1 tspSalt, .5 tsp Egg, fresh, 1 large Buttermilk, lowfat, 1 cup Applesauce, unsweetened, 3 Tblsp1 cup garden huckleberries
Directions
Stir together dry ingredients, add remaining and blend. Pour into buttered pie plate and bake at 350 until it tests done. Cut into wedges and serve as you would regular pancakes.
You can substitute other fruit for the garden huckleberries, but you will have to change the calorie count. You may slice other fruit and arrange on the bottom of the pie pan in a pattern and then pour batter on top.
