about 5 pear halves, canned 2.5 Tbs brown sugara little olive oil100g flour,80g brown sugar2Tbs molasses/Zuckerrübensirup120 ml buttermilk4ts butter1 large egg1pck. of baking powderspices (salt, cinnamon, ground cloves, cardamom, nutmeg) about 1/4 to 1/2 tsp each
coat a round baking form with a little olive oil and sprinkle the sugar onto that. slice the pears up and spread them out in the form. Mix the egg, butter and sugar. Add the buttermilk and molasses. Sieve the flour and baking powder in. Add the spices.mix well and pour onto the pears. Bake for app. 30-40 min at 200°C
