2 16-oz cans chickpeas1/2 C sun dried tomatoes4 cloves fresh garlic4 Tbs. extra virgin olive oil3 Tbs. pinenuts5 Tbs. lemon juice1 Tbs. cumin4 leaves fresh basil
Directions
Put all ingredients in food processor. Process until smooth.
