- Ground Pork, 1 unit, cooked (yield from 1 lb raw m - *80/20 ground beef chuck, 16 oz - Onions, raw, .75 cup, chopped - Green Peppers (bell peppers), .75 cup, chopped - Egg, fresh, 1 large - *Progresso Bread Crumbs, Italian Herb, .50 cup - *A1 Sauce, 3 tbsp - Kosher Salt, 1 tsp (optional) - Pepper, black, 1 tsp (optional) - *Brown Gravy (McCormick packet) Prepared, 3 cup
*Preheat oven to 375
*Combine all ingredients and mix well
*Shape into 8 mini loaves, approx. 4 oz. each
*Bake uncovered 25 minutes
*While baking prepare brown gravy according to package directions
*Pour gravy over mini loaves and bake an additional 20 minutes
